Naples Tigers Sharks is a member of the EFSL or European Forces Swim League which is comprised of swim teams from the U.S. and Allied Forces communities. EFSL remains committed to supporting the youth of our communities through healthy competition and good sportsmanship.
Interested swimmers in the Naples international military community can swim with the Tiger Sharks! Dependents of US or NATO card holders are eligible per NTS By Laws.
The Naples Tiger Sharks are a private, non-profit organization.

Swimmers between the ages of 6 and 19 who are U.S. military, Allied Armed Forces and civilian ID card holders are eligible to participate. Tryout information can be found on the Swim with the Sharks page.
Swim meets are held between August and February. Swimmers are encourage to participate in as many meets as possible. Swimmers travel with their parents to away meets.
The Tigersharks are part of the Southern Division with Aviano, Rota, Sigonella, and Vicenza. Each January we compete against the other teams in our division for the team championship. All swimmers are encouraged to participate. The Tigersharks won divisionals in 2006/7, 2007/8, 2008/9, 2009/10, 2010/2011 and 2011/2012.
Championships are held every year in February. Last season they were held in Eindhoven, Netherlands. At Champs, the Tigersharks will swim against the three other divisions of the EFSL.
Rhineland Division - Berlin, Stuttgart, Geilenkirchen, Heidelberg and Lakenheath. Benelux Division - Kaiserslautern, Shape, Brussels, Lisbon and NATO Tyrolian Division - Bamberg, Eifel, Hohenfels, Wiesbaden, Vilsek/Grafenwoehr and Wuerzburg.
Swimmers must qualify to go to Championships. To qualify, a swimmer must swim a certain stroke in a certain time and a swimmer must have participated in four swim meets.
